Most issues we can pin down on the call; some need hands-on work, and sometimes it's working through it toward the most likely cause. Either way you'll leave knowing far more than a forum could tell you, with a clear next step. We're always upfront when something needs in-person service.

The majority of espresso machine issues are diagnosable over video — through visual inspection, listening for the right sounds, and watching pressure and flow behavior while you run the tests we give you.

What do I need for the video call?

Just a smartphone or laptop with a camera, a stable internet connection, and your espresso machine accessible and plugged in. We use Zoom or Google Meet — no downloads needed if you use the browser version.

Can you actually diagnose my machine over video?

Yes — most espresso machine issues are diagnosable remotely through visual inspection, listening for sounds, watching pressure and flow behavior, and walking through specific tests together. We'll tell you up front if an issue truly needs hands-on service.

What if you can't figure out the issue?

Most issues we can pin down on the call. If one needs hands-on work — or it turns into working toward the most likely cause rather than a single verdict — we'll tell you straight and give you a clear next step. You're paying for an expert read and our time, not a guaranteed fix.

Do you help with repairs, or just diagnosis?

Both. Many repairs — group-head gaskets, solenoid valves, descaling, screen replacements — we can walk you through live during the call. For more complex internal work, we'll give you a clear repair brief and parts list, or advise whether to ship the machine to our Denver shop.

Do you work with commercial machines?

Yes. We work with commercial espresso equipment and offer the Café Support Plan for ongoing remote support. Get in touch for multi-machine or multi-location needs.
