Josh is certainly a professional in this field. He was thorough, friendly, ahead of schedule by far in my case and very reasonable. My semi-automatic Pasquini (Bezzera) performs like brand new! Impressive for a 14 year old, non-pro machine that has been used professionally on film sets, on location, all over the country running 100-200 shots a day! Josh was amazing! I have a 10-year old high quality espresso machine. I had done a very good job maintaining it over the years but a part of the circuit board went bad. No replacements were available for this particular piece of electronics. He correctly diagnosed the problem and sent the electronic board out for repair. He saved me about $2000 versus buying a new machine. And, Josh returned the machine to me in pristine condition and even upgraded a few parts. The machine works great! Thank you Josh!
