How the bench works

Drop it off. Get it back
better than you remember.

01
Drop it off

By appointment. At check-in you pay the $150 diagnostic — credited toward the repair if you move forward. We'll give you an honest queue time, not a fantasy.

02
We find what's actually wrong

A real diagnostic — not a guess. We call you with parts, labor, and your options before any work happens. No surprises.

03
Rebuilt, not patched

Repaired, deep-cleaned, and tested. And when a part's been discontinued, we'll often repair the board itself instead of writing the machine off. Backed by a real warranty — 30 days on small repairs, a full year on larger Full-Service repairs — done so it lasts, not so it limps to the next failure.

The thing most sellers won't mention

The machine is the easy part.
The water gets overlooked.

Most of what we see on the bench isn't a defect — it's mineral deposits. And most manufacturers gloss over water because honest advice can cost them a sale. We won't.

Whether we're repairing your machine or helping you choose one, we sort out filtration and a simple upkeep routine first — that's the difference between a machine that lasts several decades and one that becomes an expensive paperweight. It's also why local matters: the people who fix it are the ones who know your water.

Why local beats a box on a pallet

Our espresso machine went down at the end of a business day. He responded less than ten minutes after I sent an inquiry.

Tell us about your machine.

By appointment — call, text, or send the form. Bring the machine; leave the worry. We'll give you an honest queue time at check-in, not a fantasy number on the phone.

Sending this starts a repair request and gives us your machine details — it doesn't reserve a drop-off time. We'll follow up to schedule.
