I started this to fix machines the right way.
I'm Josh, the owner of Elevation Espresso Care. I've spent 11 years repairing espresso equipment across the Denver and Lakewood metro — home machines, prosumer rigs, and full commercial setups, often on-site mid-rush, when every minute down is lost revenue. I'm La Marzocco–trained.
I started Elevation Espresso Care because I kept seeing the same machines come back again and again — parts jockeys swapping the obvious part, cashing the check, and never touching the root cause. That revolving door isn't repair, it's churn. I'd rather fix the whole system once than the same symptom five times, so your machine actually stays fixed.

We repair and service a wider range than we sell, including La Marzocco, Rocket, Rancilio, La Spaziale, Quick Mill, La Pavoni, Saeco, Jura, Gaggia, Breville, DeLonghi, Vibiemme, Expobar, and Pasquini — from a single-boiler home machine to a three-group café setup. On the sales side, we focus on the brands we know inside-out and can service fast: Rocket, La Marzocco, Rancilio, and Eureka grinders.
