Yes — the majority of espresso machine issues are diagnosable remotely through visual inspection, listening for sounds, observing pressure and flow behavior, and walking through specific tests. We’ll tell you upfront if an issue requires physical hands-on service.

In the rare case we’re unable to reach a confident diagnosis during the session, we’ll either extend the call at no additional charge or issue a partial refund — we’ll discuss the right outcome with you directly.

Both. Many repairs — group head gaskets, solenoid valves, descaling, screen replacements — we can walk you through live during the call. For more complex internal work, we’ll give you a clear repair brief and parts list, or advise whether to ship the machine to our Denver shop.
